GroupWorks has deep roots in the Park Rapids community, with our founders having served the area since the early 2000s.
GroupWorks was born from a vision to promote whole-person wellness, grounded in the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.
We strive to uplift not only the individuals we serve but also our staff, associates, and the broader community.
With that in mind, we developed a facility that includes a gym space to support physical well-being. We’ve proudly partnered with Community Education programs and local activity providers to encourage participation and build connections.
While our core focus remains mental health wellness, we’ve embraced a broader mission.
Through our involvement with the National Health Service Corps, we’ve supported clinicians in delivering care to this underserved area while enhancing their financial stability. We are also proud to mentor future professionals through clinical internships, helping develop the next generation of mental health providers.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of our approach.
We’ve partnered with Stellher Human Services to host their Mobile Crisis team and are excited about future collaborations, including expanding chemical dependency services in Park Rapids.
